A Christian Perspective:

Technology in itself is not Christian or non-Christian it is neutral and only a tool in the hands of its user. So the Christian element is based on the technology’s owner and user and how they employ it.
Christians are in the world; meaning that they must deal with and sometimes use technology to God’s glory and to Glorify Him. So it behoves the Christian to learn about the Web Technology and become excellent in its uses for God’s Kingdom.
Christians are not of this world; meaning that the outcome and results of their use of Web Technology will not be for the same strategy and purspose as those who are of this worldly system.
